The HeartMath Institute has designed training and technology based on an extensive body of heart based research. The technology is used to monitor Heart Rate Variability (HRV) which has been proven to offer a powerful reflection of our inner state.

Using HeartMath techniques empowers us to shift into a more balanced state, and from here we are better able to access positive emotions which benefit perception, enhance rational thinking and communication.
